Role StatementThe Banking/Treasury Specialist will be responsible for the monitoring, administrating, and reconciling the inflow and outflow of capital for the company.
Outcomes for Success Receives and verifies banking reports; reconciles expense and other financial reports with account balances and other office records.
Cash flow reporting Determine daily cash position by 10 AM.
Project 30-days cash flow needs by 10 AM.
Keep cash position up to date in Dynamics GP.
Own the daily bank reconciliations in BisTrack and Dynamics GP.
Automate the bank reconciliation process - weekly bank recs.
Transaction matching between AP, AR, ERP modules and bank statements.
Other related duties, as assigned.
WagesStarting wages will be based on years of experience and education.

Knowledge of ERP software.
Understanding of automated bank reconciliation process and reports.
Understanding of entries in the Bank vs.
subsystems and their impact on the general ledger reconciliation process.
Documented ability to analyze differences, investigate, and summarize results for reconciling items.
Must be able to learn other required software systems.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to maintain confidential and meticulous records.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficient in Excel.
Ability to take suggestions, direction, and follow through.
Ability to work well with team members.
High school diploma required; Business or Accounting degree preferred.
1 - 3 years' experience in accounts in finance or accounting with a focus in cash management.
Physical RequirementsProlonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
