We are fast-paced, demanding, professional and our goal is to Provide professional, efficient, prompt, Preservation & REO Service to Banks, and Asset Management Company's in Portland Oregon and surrounding area's.
Work duties include:
Caring for inside and outside of foreclosed/ vacant, and occupied properties.
Traveling.
Submitting before, during, and after photo's for invoicing.
Responsibilities:
Organize, plan, and implement all work orders.
Ensure that all properties are properly maintained.
Ensure that all properties are kept free of debris, litter, graffiti, and other nuisances.
Submitting before, during, and after photos for prompt payment.
Communicate with private property owners and business communities on a regular basis pertaining to work orders on time completion or any changes that may come about on the completion date.
Maintain any Insurance and licenses required to do all work accepted.

Day shift Evenings as needed Extended hours Monday to Friday On call Overtime Weekends as needed People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply Work Location:
